3. How do we collect your personal information?
We mainly collect personal information you provide yourself (for example, when you use our services or communicate with us by email). We may also collect personal information regarding your use of our website or process personal information that you provide in a contact form. If you do not provide the personal information we requested, we may not be able to provide you with the service or take the action you requested. In the aforementioned situations, the processing of your personal information is based on your consent or another legal basis for information processing in accordance with the personal information law.
We may need to collect your personal information from a third party in some cases. For example, we may collect your personal information from your employer if your employer is our customer.

In connection with an offer request, we may also request information about the facilities, services and other information related to your desired event.
If you use the Joki Visitor Center’s reservation system we may, in addition to the above information, request the following information: logged-in users’ memberships of the Joki Visitor Center (status, number of bookings, bookings made, start and end date of membership), logged-in users’ facility booking information (facility-dependent but primarily: the user’s information, the event name, the time of the event, additional options (services), furniture, number of guests, optional specification message) and logged-in users’ booking history of the facilities.
You may choose to log in to our website with the help of a third-party login service, which verifies your identity and provides your social media login information (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, or Twitter) to us. In this case, we collect the information and content needed to register or log you in, and for which you have given the social media service provider the permission to share.
We do not collect information about specific personal information groups on our website. In addition, if you are our customer or use the services of the properties we manage, we collect the necessary personal information in our personal registers to manage the customer relationship and for the use and supervision of the property.
